RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy for KAYA
Thank you for shopping with KAYA JEWELSS. Every jewellery piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of artificial jewellery, all products sold by KAYA are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, we do offer exchange/replacement strictly in case of damaged products, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
An exchange request will be accepted only if:

The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery

The damage is clearly visible and verified through mandatory video proof

The exchange request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
⚠️ No other reasons will be accepted, including:

Change of mind

Liking or disliking the product

Size, color, or design expectations

Minor variations in finish or color (as shown on screen)
MANDATORY VIDEO PROOF (VERY IMPORTANT)
To request an exchange, you must provide a single, continuous, unedited video showing:

The sealed outer package
-
Opening of the package
-
Product being taken out
-
Product held clearly in hand
-
The visible damage
📌 No video = No exchange
📌 Images, edited videos, or partial recordings will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once the video is verified and approved by KAYA, a replacement product will be issued.

No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value will be offered.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

The damaged product must be returned in original packaging.
NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Exchange will not be accepted if:

Video proof is missing or incomplete
-
Request is raised after 24 hours of delivery

Damage is caused due to misuse, wear, water exposure, or improper handling

Product is already worn or used
TAMPERED PACKAGE
If you receive a package that appears tampered, opened, or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
Hand it back to the delivery partner and contact us immediately.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed for dispatch.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

KAYA reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship across India.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once dispatched.
KAYA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
